Description
  • Maintain the company's image by making periodic visits to customers, whether for sales or the need to achieve goals;
  • Send requested reports within the defined deadlines,
  • Send orders according to the procedure and deadlines defined by the contractor;
  • Find and contact potential new national and international customers;
  • Present, promote and sell products / services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers;
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing / potential customers to meet their needs;
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships;
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction;
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments;
  • Analyze the territory / market’s potential, track sales and status reports;
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services;
  • Proactively promote all company product and services lines
  • Other job related tasks.

Prerequisites
  • 3 years of proven experience in the field of Oil and Energy in the Sales area will be an advantage;
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Portuguese will be an advantage;
  • University degree or any combination of academic education, professional training or work experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position;
  • Know how to build relationships in order to build a partner;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly;
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales;
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills;
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills;
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs;
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback;
