Assistant Crane Operator

We are seeking a safety-focused and reliable Assistant Crane Operator to support lifting operations on offshore installations. This role is critical in ensuring safe, efficient cargo handling in the offshore industry.
You will work closely with crane operators and deck crew to coordinate lifting activities, rig loads, and maintain strict safety standards.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
Assist crane operator with offshore lifting operations
Perform rigging and slinging of cargo and equipment
Act as a banksman/signaler using hand signals and radio communication
Conduct pre-use inspections of lifting gear
Ensure loads are secure, balanced, and within safe limits
Support loading/offloading of supply vessels
Maintain a safe working environment and follow all procedures
