Site QA/QC Inspector

Key Responsibilities
• Inspection & Monitoring: Perform daily site inspections (surveillance) on various civil activities (earthworks, concrete pouring, structural steel, finishes).
• Documentation: Prepare, review, and manage inspection test plans (ITP), work inspection requests (WIR/RFI), and material inspection requests (MIR).
• Material Inspection: Inspect incoming construction materials for compliance with specifications, approved vendor lists, and proper storage.
• Non-Conformance Management: Initiate non-conformance reports (NCR) and site observation reports (SOR) for deviations, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
• Technical Compliance: Verify that construction is based on the latest approved drawings, IFC (Issued for Construction), and specifications.
• Calibration & Testing: Ensure tools and equipment are calibrated and monitor laboratory tests (compression, moisture).

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: Previous experience in QA/QC roles, specifically in construction mining projects.
• Experience in Piling
• Experience in TSF
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of civil specifications, international standards (e.g., ASTM, ISO), and technical drawings.
• Skills: Proficiency in creating quality checklists, reporting, and proficiency with software like MS Office.
