Looking for your first role in HR and Training? Or you may already be a strong HR/ Training administrator who wants a new challenge... We are looking for a Training Administrator to support the local training activities at our manufacturing site in Prudhoe.

About the role

As Training Administrator, you will be responsible for communicating with employees, managers and training providers, and assist with developing the most effective programs.

We’re looking for people who embody our values, aren’t afraid to challenge, innovate, experiment, and move at a fast pace. We’re always looking for ways to improve our products and ourselves. If this is you, we’d love to talk.

What you will do

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will ensure that our training programs on-site are engaging and run smoothly. You will be involved in course content and creation, working closely with line managers and making recommendations for improvements. You will then be responsible for the full administrative process of on-site training; from bookings, material management, course implementation, liaising with employees and training providers, managing invoices, maintaining all training records, as well as providing regular business reporting. We have a number of Essity specific training online learning platforms, and you will be supporting and encouraging the use of, as well as maintaining records of these at site level.

Who you are

Its clear you must be a natural and engaging communicator who can listen, and who is confident to make change proposals. You will be a strong organiser, with strong project management skills, and who is focused on the detail, as well as the ability to multi-task and work under pressure. You will be the go-to person for employees, managers and training providers and therefore you should also be a reliable problem-solver and customer focused. This is a busy role, often juggling a multitude of tasks at any one time. Can you be successful in this role?

What we can offer you

This is a key role to help drive and support the training ambitions of the site. In return we offer a competitive salary, pension (10% employer contribution), bonus opportunity, holidays starting at 27 days + BHs, and health care provision. Working Monday to Friday totalling 37.5 hours per week, this position is offered on a permanent contract basis.
