Description

Main tasks

1. Employer Branding


  • Maintain relationships with Target Universities and ensure organization and realization of all HR Employer Branding events

  • Responsible for implementation and management of Internship and Graduate Development program


2. Onboarding

  • Ensure the onboarding process for all newcomers is followed


3. Training:

  • Training plan elaboration based on individual development
  • Responsible to manage and organize all training courses in collaboration with SSC (logistics, realization, ensure provider payment, training evaluation, etc.)

  • Ensure training data is up to date according to training procedure

  • Support the HR function in training managers to implement HR processes

  • Collaborate with line management to identify and design required training needed to fill gaps in the talent pipeline for critical roles and Business/Functional Leaders

  • Preparation and submission of Annual Workplace Skills Plan and Annual Training Report

  • Preparation and submission of Discretionary Grant applications

  • Manage Graduate Development Program and Internships

  • Manage Bursary and Study Assistance process


4. Talent Management & HR projects

  • Partner with, and work with leadership, to identify key talents within the organization and develop them against the development strategy

  • Lead process implementation for the Talent Development and Performance Management procedure; train line managers on practice, process and tools to conduct
  • Responsible for updating of TLL procedures

  • Assess outcomes of Area/Function talent management processes; work with Head of HR to identify business issues/questions and provide insights that lead to solutions and actions to build capability of talent as well as the ready pool for critical roles

  • Responsible for data quality and updates according to organizational changes or new recruitment


    Act as Diversity & Inclusion ambassador for Cluster


4. Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies and systems to grow the organizations talent pool

  • Source and develop talent pipelines across a diverse set of disciplines within the organization

  • Work with Hiring Managers to fill critical / key roles at all levels of the organization

  • Provide continuous improvement to all recruitment costs processes

  • Negotiate and supervise vendor agreements for all recruitment services

  • Provide subject matter expertise in all staffing policies and processes and maintain knowledge on all equal employment opportunity regulations

  • Maintain knowledge on all industry trends to ensure compliance to all recruitment guidelines and assist recruitment team to design all performance standards

  • Degree in HR Management
  • 5+ years overall work experience
