Job Details


To make sure that Kantar offers client service & levels of research expertise that are second to none by ensuring the smooth running of research projects from commissioning to final presentation. Build a strong day to day working relationship with the clients your team services actively contributing in meetings and presenting results. Continually build your technical expertise as a market researcher and apply it to the work you do for your clients.



KEY OUTCOMES



Work mainly unsupervised and produce for sign off by line manager


Present all or part of client presentations


Travel to client meetings as and when required (may require occasional overnight trips)


Develop/manage more junior members of the team


Build a strong working relationship with your client service account team


Build a strong and mutually respectful relationship with the operational departments within the company


Ensure good communication with operational departments and proactively spot problems early


Develop a strong professional relationship with your clients


Be an ambassador for Kantar at all times


CAPABILITIES



3 year degree, preferably in Research, marketing, business, economics social sciences


At least 2 years’ relevant market research experience in a research agency, client company, or management consultancy


Experience analyzing data, writing reports & proposals


PC literacy in Word, Excel, PowerPoint


Excellent English writing and verbal skills


Level appropriate quantitative research skills
