Process Leader

FMCG entity seeks experienced Process Leader to Manage a small team and drive productivity.



Responsibilities:


Manage the team:


Conduct shift meetings;


Drive and maintain motivational workshops (Including story boards etc.);


Drive productivity (OEE, OPP);


Motivate and coach team members;


Address personnel matters;



Ensure quality assurance:


Apply quality assurance to the process and ensure integrity of the product;


Control inputs and outputs of the manufacturing process;


Ensure good manufacturing practices (GMP) are in place;


Maintain good housekeeping (5S);



Conduct first-line maintenance and inspections:


Ensure correct use of equipment;



Manufacture and process product:


Follow correct standard operating procedure (SOP);


Ensure correct cleaning is in place (CIP);



Requirements:


Completed Gr. 12 or equivalent qualification (Tertiary qualification would be an advantage);


1+ Years relevant experience;


Computer literate;


Willingness to work shifts, weekends, public holidays.
