The Money Group is looking for an experienced Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager is driven, confident and motivated person with a firm understanding of the New Business Development. The individual will be responsible for maintaining, retaining and growing the Money Group client base. The Activations Manager will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible but not limited for management and coordination of Activations and Onboarding of new external clients and campaigns.
Provide buffering for support when dealing with production issues.
Leverage relationships to uncover sales opportunities.
Own responsibility for driving the sales cycle with the objective to win new business, including
Responding to RFPs
Organizing customer demonstrations presentations
Proposal creation presentation Preparing, negotiating and closing contracts
Collection of license fees, when escalated to by accounts
Achieve revenue targets as defined in the sales plan.
Build a sales pipeline for IRESS Execute the Sales strategy.
Drive revenue through sales to new and existing customers.
Build business in both new and existing client bases through proactive customer contacts in order to meetexceed targets.
Ensure implementation and hand over of solutions to support.
Achieve account penetration by customer base expansion and cross selling to new and existing customers.
Maintain relationships with the various divisions internally.
Maintain client relationships from the ground to CLevel within clients base.
Be prepared to travel regularly across client base.
