DATA ENTRY CLERK, Johannesburg, South Africa
ABOUT THIS JOB
We are looking for a focused Data Entry Clerk to continuously capture the Radio data into relevant databases in a timely and accurate manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Data Entry Clerk must sustain the database by entering new and updated Radio advertisements using system Media Pad.
The “Data Entry Clerk” must check all of their stations every hour to ensure that the stations are still recording accordingly.
Research to confirm new products.
Take on extra responsibilities if and when needed.
Meet Operational and quality objectives (KPI) obtaining accurate data and on-time delivery.
Must be willing to work some weekends when needed.
Build relationships with internal clients.
Maintains operations by following policies and procedures.
Build collaborative, open honest, trusting and respectful relationships with associates.
REQUIREMENTS
Tertiary education preferred.
Metric or a related field required
Proficient touch typing skills
Attention to detail
PC literate
Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic understanding of databases
Data entry experience or related office experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Must be able to speak & write Afrikaans and English or Setswana and Sesotho
