Business Process Director is responsible for reviewing the high-level architecture of all of the processes in an organisation and defines and implements a business process architecture that links the organisation's business processes to the value chains and ultimately to the strategic goals of the organisation ensuring minimisation of business process flows and maximisation of the investment in information technology.
Working at NTT
Models business processes and creates an environment that facilitates business process improvement on an ongoing basis.
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Business Process Management (BPM) Practice and the BPM effort in general.
Should be well adept in all latest process methods and technology areas - process, systems and data management tool, process mining, process improvement techniques and robotic process automation - with a view of how these could contribute to the overall BPM vision.
the BPM manager works closely with process value owners to run process improvement initiatives that deliver a pragmatic business case.
Manages a team of business analysts and lead them to support other business functions with their BPM priorities.
Also responsible for the structure and standards of the Process Repository and guidelines on how this is used, linked to the development methods, by the rest of the organisation.
Manages the repository governance procedures to ensure that the repository content is maintained aligned to these standards.
Attract, nurture and retain digital talent for business process management.

Proven leadership capability
Strong understanding of the value-streams and digital products
Thorough working knowledge of solution design, architecture industry standards, and business analysis
Strong familiarity with quality management concepts and their application
Customer-centricity and ability to influence stakeholders on the choices around process, product and solution design
Excellent communication and relationship management
Relentless focus on process optimisation by leveraging multiple tools, including: technology, lean, automation, sourcing, etc.
Continually provide professional challenge to the status quo
Focused on disruption to instigate innovation in products and services
Evangelist for ideation, innovation, experimentation, and rapid prototyping of digital solutions
Actively promotes new ways of working that drive agility, speed, and design-thinking
A champion for cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teaming
Continually apply a digital lens to business and value-stream strategies and requirements
Sound understanding of the NTT enterprise architecture and systems used
