Job Description The Operations Analyst will form part of the Legal Operations team that creates, delivers and manages strategic and tactical initiatives across Legal Services to create robust scalable ways of working (technology, systems and processes) to ensure (i) improved data capture, metrics, and reporting to improve efficiency and performance, (ii) consistency across Sage’s legal processes, documentation and knowledge management and (iii) effective management of centrally allocated legal resource to improve utilisation and prioritisation.
Key Responsibilities Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
• Gathering business requirements and translating them into executional procedures.
• Maintaining, and driving continuous improvements in the Legal Operations metrics
and data trackers.
• Overseeing and encouraging engagement by the legal function of the metrics and
data trackers.
• Performance of internal reviews of processes and documenting such processes.
• Making recommendations and driving improvements to data capture, reporting and
processes to ensure efficiencies and automation where possible.
• Assisting in the promotion, measure and reporting of the way in which our Legal
Operations function through data-driven insights and designing actions to influence
positive change.
• Producing high quality outputs including formal reports.
• Developing and maintaining good working relationships with all areas of the business.

Essential skills and experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills including good presentation
and written skills.
• Strong delivery focus, ability to perform well under pressure within a changing
environment.
• Pro-active self-starter, able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
• Capable of multitasking whilst maintaining high quality performance.
• Practical hands on experience with the Office 365 products, such as MS Forms,
Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• The ability to work with different technologies and data sets effectively, as well as
excellent analytic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to positively engage with team
members and colleagues at all levels within the company, up to and including
executive stakeholders.

Preferred
• Experience working within a multi-national organisation
• Previous use of automated workflows and process improvement platforms such as
the Microsoft Power Platform, UiPath, etc.
