Job Description The purpose of the Job is to manage multiple enterprise management projects from initiation to closure on the Sage product stack. The Project Manager is in charge of the day-to-day management of project execution which includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle. Background includes project implementation, software documentation, client liaison and project support function.
Key Responsibilities Responsibilities:

• Manage project team members and influence them to take positive action and accountability.
• Manage the Project and the processes therein – including the definition and on-going monitoring of the Project Documentation
• Define the project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
• Produce a Project Implementation Plan
• Produce and Manage the Project Plan
• Produce and Manage the Quality Plan
• Produce and Manage the Communications Plan
• Define the resource plan
• Carry out resource planning and management
• Carry out the management and escalation of risks and issues
• Manage the project budget
• Ensure that the project team members are aware of and remain compliant with all the relevant procedures and policies

Skills, know-how and experience:
Must have:
Project management experience
Software Implementation experience
Communication Skills – verbal and written
Manage project budget and utilisation within targets
People Management experience
Must have exceptional communication and organisational skills, demonstrate initiative and work well in a team-based environment

Experience gained with BMS Software implementation project
Exceptional organizational skills.
Technical / professional qualifications:
Project management certification

Technical / professional qualifications:
Formal Project management training
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Project Implementation or Project Management role with proven track record
Related Diploma or Degree
