Key Responsibilities Job Description
Qualifications desired:
• knowledge of the software development life cycle
• certified scrum master/scrum practitioner
• knowledge and/or experience of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD
• excellent communication skills in English in written and spoken form
• experience working in an agile environment, preferably in a variety of situations •
good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
• knowledge of numerous well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: numerous Burndown techniques, numerous Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc).
• JIRA / Confluence
• friendly communicative person, with excellent conflict resolution skills
• needs to forecast the numbers of deliverables possible in a iteration, which is based on evidence and reliable source
• coach individuals and interactions over processes and tools

Key Responsibilities
• act as Scrum master for 2-3 scrum teams across 1 Project with a focus on guiding the teams towards improving the way they work
• Ensure that our ways of working are consistent across the teams
• facilitate daily scrums, sprint planning, retrospective and sprint demos
• assist the product owner with keeping the backlog groomed
• ensure cross-team coordination
• reach out to the larger company network for impediment removal
• maintain relevant metrics that help the team see how they are doing
• liaise between the developments teams and User Experience/Visual Designers. Foster better communication between the disciplines
• take responsibility for managing dependencies between Sage and third parties and / or between project scrum teams
• actively contribute to the company’s Agile and Lean Community. Keep the rest of the company network aware of our activities
