Description

Reputable Financial Services firm seeks efficient indiv. Pivotal role to process Claims effectively from beginning to end. Administer Claims in Short Term Insurance (Comm + Personal Lines). Deliver great service to clients. Good career opportunity in growing business.



Main Duties:


Deliver seamless Claims process in line with SLA and binder agreements.


Settle claims, update estimates and manage salvages.


Handle customer complaints and queries, in line with Treating Customers fairly


Validate, register and process claims efficiently.


Appoint Investigators/Assessors.


Monitor and report fraudulent claims.


Report on 3rd party and recoveries claims.


Upload claims documentation onto the system.


Ensure data is accurate and complete.



Qualifications and Experience



FAIS Compliant, RE5 qualification


3 to 6 years exp in Claims Administration in Short-Term Insurance.
