Requirements:


SA Citizen


Relevant tertiary qualification


Minimum 2-3 years in a Front Office management role


Must have hospitality experience


Excellent communication skills



Duties:


Supervise staff under your staff complement


Coordinate activities within the Front Office


Handle Customers queries or complaints


Manage reservations, guest services and telephonic inquires


Prepare monthly reports and budget statements
