MARKET RESEARCH ASSOCIATE

ThoroughTec is seeking high performing Market Research Associates to assist ThoroughTec’s international Business Development team to unearth new sales opportunities.

Location: Durban, South Africa
Remuneration: Market-related
Experience Level: 2-5 years
Job Type: Part time or full time is negotiable

Responsibilities:

• Mining industry market research
• Telephonic data collection and validation
• CRM data capture
• Liaison and co-ordination with sales team

Desired skills, experience and qualifications:

• Matric essential – tertiary qualification beneficial
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite required
• I high degree of fluency in English
• Additional fluency in French/Spanish/Portuguese/Russian/Chinese desirable
• Excellent inter-personal communication skills
• Tele-sales/research experience beneficial
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail
