Description
The General Admin Assistant will form part of a small admin team at our new Warehouse in South Gate, where both clerical and admin support is needed. You will also be involved with the management, co-ordination and implementation of office procedures (in conjunction with our Head office), while assisting with and managing reception duties.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Front Desk and Reception
Assist walk-in clients & dealers
Maintain office systems
Serve as a liaison between the branch and Head office
Manage the maintenance and organisation of office equipment and supplies
Assist with general admin duties
Skills :
Fine attention to detail
Possess excellent Customer Service skills under stress
Take own initiate in problem solving
Be organised and able to take direction under authority
Excellent Listening skills
Excellent telephone etiquette
Conflict Resolution
Further Requirements:
Must preferably reside in the Johannesburg South area
Have must own transport and valid driver’s licence
No criminal record
Contactable references and accurate history
